🧬Bio
I have a keen desire to reduce the friction between humans and how products & services work. My ability to see the big picture allows me to draw insights from real users and turn those insights into actionable design decisions. My research is being used to design systems that are relied upon by over 8000 people globally.
When I’m not busy doing ux work, I'm thinking about some of Africa's hard & exciting problems and how I can build solutions for those challenges. Okay, so maybe I never actually stop doing UX work 😀.
In my downtime you find me hanging out on @Spotify. I enjoy the outdoor and often go Mountain biking on weekends.
